IUCAB WebExchange: “How to Stay in Contact with Customers”

A strong start for our new IUCAB WebExchange format.

On 26 March, 20 commercial agents from 9 countries joined our first session, “How to Stay in Contact with Customers.” The discussionhighlighted practical approaches, shared experiences and the continued importance of staying close to customers in a changing environment
