A CRM is an essential tool for a Sales Agent. That’s why the Association has developed a free CRM for members that you can use on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

With this CRM, you’ll keep track of all your sales management, the visits you make to your clients, the times you’ve visited them, the topics you’ve discussed with them, and when your next visit is due. If you’ve provided them with any documentation, you’ll know when you did so and whether it’s a catalog, a sample, or a price list.

You can link follow-up visits you make to a client with previous ones so you have a history of visits with that client, all on the same screen.

You can synchronize the Calendar with the information you enter in your client’s visit report.

You’ll keep track of the representative offices each client works with, as well as the orders they place with them. You’ll know what they’ve recently purchased, if they have anything pending delivery, the delivery date, confirmation from the factory of the delivery date, etc.

When manufacturers give you a new catalog, the CRM will tell you which clients you need to deliver it to.

You’ll be able to create routes to take advantage of client visits in the area.
